2.5 If the event is cancelled before it begins or if the event is cancelled early up to 1 day before the event date due to extreme weather conditions, i.e. "force majeure" (such as natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, etc.), the statutory provisions apply. This also applies to indirect cancellation (e.g. due to a drop in ticket sales as a result of natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, etc.) by the organiser.

If an open-air event that is already in progress or an event before it begins is cancelled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions in accordance with official requirements (e.g. storm warnings, epidemics, financial crises and all other natural disasters, etc.), the statutory provisions apply.

If an open-air event that is already in progress is abandoned after more than 40 minutes of play due to extreme weather conditions, the service is deemed to have been provided and there is generally no entitlement to reimbursement of the entrance fee and all incidental costs (ticket fee, advance booking, etc.).

If individual concert and/or show parts (e.g. fireworks) are cancelled, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the entrance fee and incidental costs (ticket fee, advance booking, etc.). This means that in general, no fees (e.g. advance booking fee, shipping or processing fees) will be refunded in any of the cases mentioned. Information about the event schedule will only be announced at the venue. Please therefore come there in any case, even if the weather is bad.

2.6 The organizer is not liable for accidental incorrect orders. The organizer is not responsible for checking or reporting any duplicate orders. The customer is liable for late cancellations.

2.7 Beyond the right to reimbursement of the entrance fee set out in the above paragraphs, further expenses or damages incurred by the participants will not be reimbursed.
